veCOFFEE and COFFEE holders can mint the corresponding amount of sCOFFEE based on a baseRate (30% for veCOFFEE at start) + fees (dyanamically based on demand , 0% during the bootstrap period).

1 $COFFEE can always mint 1 sCOFFEE + fees (dyanamically based on demand , 0% during the bootstrap period).

Dynamic mint fees

Dynamic fees is introduced to balance the demands , since sCOFFEE intrinsic value will increase by time cause by both real yields from voting and buring deflation from ( mint fees + redeem fees + unstake fees ) , so if there are too many demands to convert veCOFFEE to sCOFFEE , the fees will increase as well to prevent RFV value of sCOFFEE get diluted. during the bootstrap period , the dynamic fees is set to zero

What happened to the deposited tokens?

The deposited veCOFFEE and COFFEE are permanently locked in the Arket contract. sCOFFEE is an ERC20 token that automatically captures profits from voting, staking, and fees, continuously enhancing its RFV (Reserve Fund Value).
